Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: Guests are urged to understand and abide by our cancellation policies.

Limited Event Capacity: Our events have limited slots, and this policy aims to assist guests in case of unexpected cancellations.

Refund Guidelines: If you cancel up to 30 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a 90% refund. However, no refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 30 days of the course commencement.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential medical expenses resulting from accidents during the retreat.

No Exceptions: Please note that exceptions, whether due to weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies, cannot be granted.

Attendance Policy: There are no refunds or credits for non-attendance, arriving late, or leaving the retreat early.

Personal Expenses: Be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for personal expenses, such as airline tickets, in case of itinerary changes or retreat cancellations.

COVID Compliance: All attendees are required to adhere to COVID regulations in Mexico, including mandatory travel requirements like vaccinations, boosters, and tests, as mandated by law. Guests also agree to comply with any local regulations while on the retreat.
